Resilience
Problem sets in
mind is in doldrums
thoughts perplexed
rationality derailed
helplessness knocks at the door
confidence at the bottommost level
how to proceed?
how to act?
Go outdoor
Look at the green trees
the green belt
emitting green waves
absorb the molecules of depression
mind cools down
you feel
you are not the body
you are not the mind
you are the greenness
leaves ready to destress you
you feel relaxed
the storm settles down
eyes purified
and slowly close down
you are a 'NEW YOU' now
green GOD smiling at you
you and trees
exchange of feelings
yes, you are loved by the trees
now the positive approach steps in
the problem, approachable
Tree..a stress relieving agent
created by Him
for the human race
Greenery providing
resilience
to face the problem.

I agree with you cent percent. Nature relieves our pain and fills our disturbed minds with instant relief. A tree is the best poem ever written by God. A beautiful poem on Nature!
