Resurrection

Thou art a heavenly testament in my life
A saviour emerging amidst this darkness of solitude
A symbol of hope and courage in a world doomed to perish
A friend effulgent with beacons of wisdom
A pledge rolling like a sonorous cloud
Accept my homage before fading from this world
For I will sink again into darkness
Waiting with hope for another dawn.
