Reward And Punishment Poem by Abdul Wahab

Reward And Punishment

Rating: 5.0

I am out of charm and wit
When people are rewarded
For their awkward sycophancy
And got wholesome praise
In exchange of their saleable loyalty
But there are people, too,
Unlucky and unfortunate
They are punished for no mistake of theirs
But for their outshining intellect and merit.
