Rhythm Of Life Poem by Nithin Jacob

Rhythm Of Life

Life lies in your locked mind
Lived life with lots of hope
You were the one whom I admired
The beats upon the drums reel back
Songs had echo, I sing you a love song
You have kissed my cheek, many a times
I have come from no where, traveled so far
Days were long and the breeze were harsh
I am growing older & wandering for you
When & where you going to be here?
Am I still struggling to keep my youth!
I have ignored you, I should have hold you tight
You were mine and I was a blind man
And this love song is for you,
This is the first time I am writing one for you
And when you read this, rain pour down
And it will wash away the time line
And I am leaving the rest for the one who loved me
Fight, for the love and sing for her dance
If I go back to the scrap, I would skip the reel
Which had black dot marks & try?
To trust my love & to be there
Only love & is it going too deep?
Is she really going to be here?
To start since the beginning or am I dead in her locked room?
Yes, oh yes I will always wait for you…
When you close your eyes
If you see me, then I’m alive!
