I looked back at graph
And could not stop laugh
It had rising waves of success
I had dreamed once to have an access
I do certain type reverse swing
Praise poet and favorably sing
Bring his missing points to notice
With good suggestion and promises
Many learned friends do exist
And sometimes in friendly way insist
I keep them in good spirit and applaud
That gives me insight to speak loud
Mr. Ric Bastasa is long time friend
I had no chance to talk with him from this end
I got golden chance to talk over his one word in poem
He brilliantly maneuvered and corrected them
He is one of the finest poets of modern times
Simple and elegant with style in poems
I feel like praising him for selfless word
I fail to find and appreciate with words
He may never criticize
But come out with new trend to oblige
It is his way of writing and dealing
Almost new way of thinking and healing
I was trader, farmer and soldier
Later on turned as union leader
I have worked for welfare of people
So I know what is called struggle
I shall not pay tribute
But would love and like to contribute
To a friend who is afar away
But near too by his poetical way
