Riddle Poem by Wakefield Mahon

Riddle

Born am I of paradox
My meter is not my length
Found am I on a wall or a box
Amusement, is my greatest strength

Although confusion is my game,
You will find in me delight
If you listen, you will hear my name.
The answer is in your sight

If you've listened now and still cannot tell
I will make it plain to see
The answer that you are looking for
Is right in front of thee
