Rival Blades v.2
(Could be read as a rap)

Brothers, both alike.
Still they fight
Through each day
And follow the way
Of Bushido.
Fight with Kendo.
Two rivals therein.

And in the end,
Mutual friends
Walk away
And curse the other’s name.
Though they know
Existence is naught
Had not they fought.
Rivalry, way of life,
And for that, they strive.

So swords, their souls, Put to use
To undo the deuce.
Until formed alliance
When evil arise
To take the lives
Of the innocent.

So the brothers
Have to win,
To protect the lives,
And kill the lies.
Evil looks to dominate,
Together they fight
For humanity’s sake.

With the enemy gone,
And the battle fought,
The Sinner,
The Savior,
Both remain.
Their names,
Now known to all,
Bind them together. Forever
Heroes protect the world
From the worst.

But as day breaks
The world wakes to find
The heroes gone
In separate ways.
Only to fight another day.

To my main man, rival, and friend.

Please tell me you are the savior in this epic... lol... and about the hurtin him thing.. isn't that what friends are for? (the physical pain.. not the emotional one) . You two are obviously a force to be reckoned with when together.. ya know the apple does't fall far from the tree... your mom was just as bad lol! ! Love ya... keep writing, ok? I WANT MORE.. I WANT MORE! ! !

David, I really like this poem. Don't listen to your mom's comment. Poems never beat trying to dream up ways to hurt him. LOL. Violence is the answer. LOL. Well, it is with me and my friends. Keep writing. Love ya little cousin. Love Always, Shannah Banana
