Road To Happiness Poem by Alfred Kumar

Road To Happiness

I cried for living a life filled with pain
Untill I saw Lepered in his death bed

I cried for not having a new pair of shoes
Untill I saw a cripple without his feet

I cried for not having a tasty food
Untill I saw multidudes die of starvation

I cried for my roof leaks in rain
Untill I saw millions without a home

I cried for being deprived of good toungue for speech
Untill I saw a person comletely mute

I cried for being so poor and earning less
Untill I saw people in Somalia die of poverty

I creid for enduring a life full of suffring
Untill I read about the Jews tortured in Nazis camp

So why Thou cry for having lost what u had
Ye shall knowest now, that what You had is not yours
But has been given unto you here

Why you walk with pride for having more
For what u have can be taked away in no time

Let us lead a life full of hope
That what hasth happened is for good
That is happining is also for good
And what will happen is also for good cause

And surrender us fully
To the divine power beyond our comprehension.
