Rosemary Poem by Diana Juno

Rosemary

Rating: 5.0

I didn't want my daughter to like girls so I sent her to a place where they said they would help her and I believed them. If I had known I would have never sent her and I know it's to late but I hope someday she'll acepcct my apology. RosemaryI'm sorry please accept my apology even if I had trouble accepting you. I wish I could have just been okay with you. You're my daughter after all I shouldlove you no matter what. I sent my only daughter to conversion therapy a place of absolute terror and she killed her self my daughter is dead because of me. She was thirteen yet the terrible thing she experienced at conversion therapy were so terrible that they sent her to her grave. After she died I actively tried to stop conversion therapy. You would think that people would want to banned something that hurts children but these past years their has been talk of requiring LGBT youth to go to conversion therapy. Why would you want to put someone through this pain. Gay people are still people they deserve basic rights. I support the banning of conversion therapy. Anytime that someone asks me why I want conversion therapy banned I'll think of my daughter and the life she never got to live and the grave that reads here lives Rosemary Juno 2000-2013 love is not a crime.
