Ruminations Poem by Heather Z. Hanna

Ruminations

Running in a circle,
Not knowing when to stop.
Chasing worries with worries,
Until I fall and drop.

Coping with the waiting,
Is crazier by far
When really not knowing
Just where you are.

Imagination is worse
Than reality I'm sure
But lack of understanding
Makes the worse to occur.

Forgive ruminations,
Taking my worries there,
To fears of pain or death
It's all because I care.
