Run Through My Mind Poem by Kaleb Gonzalez

Never being able to be pushed to the side,
you forever remain inside,
when i see you its like code red,
off goes the alarm in my head,
time stops and never restarts,
my body shuts down in parts,
my heart goes up and down like the stock market,
shes a shooter and i just want to be her target,
my eyes cant see anything past you,
my arms are shaking and my legs are weak too,
the ground got a little lower,
and my mind got a little slower,
your face makes the place spin,
ears turn off i cant even hear my friends,
your body makes the floor erupt,
some music and i just want to turn you up,
in neutral and i never want to switch the gears,
only you, and everybody disappears,
stars hide in the sky from your light,
if this is wrong please dont let me be right,
if you are the wrong path, then i want to go the wrong way,
your the brightest thing ive even seen, even on a sunny day,
you ot my soul enslaved, and my heart in a bind,
like a neverending track in my brain, you always run through my mind
