Exhilarating
Completely Breath-taking
Moving so fast your feet never even touch the ground
You watching your surroundings blur
As if you've filtered everything but the space in front of you
Sucking in cold air
And loving the feeling as your lungs finally exhale

Goosebumps cover your body
You clear your mind and the only thing that matters
Is getting to the end
Everyone around you no longer matters
All that exists is you and an empty world
You close your eyes and wait for the moment

And then you take off
Leaving everything behind
Losing the person you are
Becoming the person you want to be
