Sad Poem by Sadman Kolawole benjamin

Sad

Alack'' he whispered with fingers between teeths.
His heart in his hands, he watched it reduce in beats.
Fain to welcome death.
As no favour is ethreal in the rains.

Embrocation of lusty stains.
An elision of sadness quoth.
To life his coat.
To death an oat.
He married the dreams of his grave..
No allegiance to life he gave.

What could life offer.
Than sadness in clover.
