Sadie Poem by jerry hughes

Sadie

Sadie, my faithful, devoted, tortoiseshell moggie,
sits in my den with me needing only an occasional
touch of resassurance.
Other times she sits beside me on the lounge chair
purring quietly, just happy to be there.
How lucky am I, how lovely is undemanding Sadie?

And when she's not in your den she plonks right behind me on my chair (taking up most of it too) in front of this computer. She's warm and soft. Her underbelly hangs down to the ground and her eyes shine like a pair of amber lights from a crazy mosaic of fur. Beautiful tender-hearted poem. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Pussycats know when their owners need them. And they're clever! (She'll demanding fresh prawns in a week or two! !) . I love how cats are... HG: -) xx

needing only an occasional touch of resassurance. How true of this beautiful animal. Only they can give you that unconditional love and be satisfied by that touch of reassurance. Nice write.
