Sadness Poem by lindsay birch

Sadness

walking down an empty street
with no-one but herself
she stops by a little tree
underneath she sits

watching the world go by
she thinks about the past
no-one knowing anythink
she keeps it to herself

sitting there for hours
tears begin to fall
rolling ever so slowly
gently down her cheeks
