Did you see the smile in my eyes?
These days you put on me your arm.
Now there is nothing to keep me warm,
Sad I hear the sound of your lonely cries.

Did you listen to my words in the night?
How I was telling you my Love so true.
Now that I am missing your embrace tight,
I dream you could be here, to Love you.

Do you remember our time together?
Denying for a while you had to go so far,
Now I can imagine how alone you are,
Still I wish I could stay with you forever.

Did I kiss the traces of your tears?
This evening I had to let you go.
Now no moon or no star appears,
Lost I am, with a nowhere to go.
