Heaven sent us a real fine day
We call Saint Valentine’s Day
Our heart’s throbbing play
to raise our passions
to celebrate in fashion.
Don’t let Cupid catch you knappin’ away
He’ll grab his bow and arrow
and shoot ya straight to the marrow.
Then you’ll be another love-struck child
Actin’ crazy with your eyes real wild
Spreadin’ joy high and low
Let your love light flow!
Sing a song unto the mountain high
To the valley low let your feelings grow
Sing a song to the wounded heart
Expressing joy to every girl and boy
Heaven sent us a real fine day

Little Cupid starts his magic again
with gypsy love tinctures that make your heart enraptured.
When you drink it you’ll feel funny inside
Like a bunny who is runnin’ to hide!
Giggle once for me
Jump and shout with glee.
Come with me into a forest alone
Hold my hand until the sunset
Then we’ll search for a place to sit
Yes I’ll give more than one gentle kiss
Lovely lady; have some sweet wine
Love those green eyes!
Be my new Valentine!
All of a sudden you blush and asked me why
And I’ll say again “I like your eyes”
Then you’ll say “Well I love how you kiss!
Let’s just play hit and miss”
After all I’ll cry “I never have tried”
Please don’t be rough!

Gliding and flying from Juno to Mars
We’ll come home and pack our bags for the stars!
