Sakura Kiss

You caressed me,
you took my hand,
brought it close,
held me in your arms.
We embraced,
moments which
lasted a lifetime.
You hugged me tight,
whispered in my ear,
made me smile,
and weep all the same.
Then you faded,
leaving a bigger emptiness
than when we first met.
