Salt Into Water
Like a kite,
dancing on your breath,
firmly in your grasp,
certain I cannot fall.
Trust between us
is the bond
which evaporates fear,
like salt into water.
Take me where you will,
gently letting go
of the cord,
just to watch
me dance.
Blind to the mystery
of passion
I am awed, childlike,
in love.
