Salt That Seasons

Through our daily walk in life
There may be times that cause us strife
They test our strength and values too
But we must forge on and see it through
For to persevere and then arrive
Is the salt that seasons in our lives

It is that bit of unexpected seasoning that makes life such a delight. Yet if salt were present in every bite, we would grow tired of its taste. Very nice light, yet insightful poem. Thanks lots.
