Same Love Poem by Chey Tru Love

Same Love

Let the truth speak free
Like blood through my veins
Let us be honest
Because in love you feel pain
Confliction to others
But getting hurt only makes us human
Where not immortal
Because it’s not in our constitution
We get old and die, others get ill
We feel hope and joys
Where only some can ever feel
Love is not only to a person
But a sense of well being
If you want your purpose in life
Make decisions that are worth meaning
When everything else comes crashing down
You’ll already be prepared
You might not remember it
But your heart was once there
Bad memories and thoughts
Felt as though you couldn’t take anymore
And sometimes when you remember it
Your thoughts make your heart sore
It’s not that we can’t love forever
But if only our body exist that long
Love that could last through centuries
In history love is the strongest bond
In time we get over betrayal
And learn to let go grudges
Life can be a stick in the mud
But in war we learn to wipe the smudges
Let us be honest
Because in love you feel pain
We all feel love
But we don’t all feel it in the same way
