Saturn, Sad Urn (Green English) Poem by Chuy Amante

Saturn, Sad Urn (Green English)

some will know
of the time
when the sun
did die

she went cold
and her rings are her
now crying

currently
there he be
a new bright man
and I'm not lyin'

I say out with the old
truth be told
for her I'm self denyin'

In with the Sun
He is more fun
With His Light
we are a fryin'

Every now and then
when things get Zen
a sun's soul feels
fulfilled and
it's time for flyin

I won't go on
about the last's
swan song
Twas no small falling star

All we know now
is where the light is
and how
we'll leave that to
Star seekers from the Far

East my friend to today's
Garden
This Earth blessed by
Her brightest living Rock Star
(gas star?)

sometimes when food runs scarce
around here, I eat my san pedro
cactus. I'm not sure it's, I'm socially
acceptable
