Saudi Arabian Girl, I Haven't Seen You For Years, Even If I Saw You, I Saw Through The Burkha Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Saudi Arabian Girl, I Haven't Seen You For Years, Even If I Saw You, I Saw Through The Burkha

The latticed,
Latticed eyes and face
And lips,
Latticed, latticed
Through the netted cover
Over the eyes,
The face through the jerks
Of your movement,
The lips when the wind
Lifted it the veil,
Saudi Arabian,
Saudi Arabian young maiden,
Your meeting turned into
A memory,
A photograph
since, since I saw you,
Saw you stealthily,
Stealthy
Lifting the burkha
With loveful eyes!
