Save Me In Heart Poem by Soumita Sarkar

Save Me In Heart

Rating: 4.5

Home mine is on fire
Sailing on waves alone
with a lyre in arm
Tuning my soul to a
song very close and firm
Beyond the boundary
lay a garden of fruit
Holding ripe temptations
that raise silky sensation
Hall of my life awaits
for a dance with soul mate
Every star for me is no more
Every pleasure turned to pain
Every reason to be alive again
Turns to on hand one face plain

I can't lie to you
I can share such are few
True this story is in line
Transforms me not so fine
Tried in several means to handle
this mess of emotional bundle
She starts a speech in silence
Brands me a load of nuisance
Thrown away in a junk trash
I had picked my letter crushed
Yet a heart so strong I have
A wish in her to be saved

Touching I can join the persona in that feeling for her. Tone and mood is exceptional. Rhyming and on it.
