Saying Sorry Poem by David Darbyshire

Saying Sorry

Rating: 3.5

You know when you have to say your sorry
and the person lives on the fourth floor
With every step you take,
It gets harder and harder, to reach that Door!

The best thing to do is..
go right up them stairs!
and Say, 'Your Sorry'
cause the 'Longer' you leave it,
it will get harder, more and more

And funny enough
once you have climbed to the Top
and said, 'Your Sorry'
you feel much better
More and More

Well articulated piece of poetry insightfully penned with conviction. Saying you're sorry when you have wronged or offended someone, just like the act of forgiveness, is an attribute of the strong and not the weak. A lovely poem bristling with insight. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
