Sayonara My Marayah Poem by MiJ HeNrieL

Sayonara My Marayah

Today marks the end of the summer solstice of my life
The end of the happiness when your by my side
The end of the tranquility of my soul and body
The end of our precious joy and gaiety.

Today will be the last moment I'll be with you
The softness of your lips, the mesmerizing twinkle of your eyes, the raising of your brow
I will never forget no matter where I'll go
I will love you forever as I promised in my poetic billet-doux.

Today marks the beginning of the long winter of my life
The beginning of the insurmountable sorrow and strife
The beginning of the undeniable longing for success
The beginning of my battle against mundane duress.

Today will be the beginning of my journey to my kismet
You, mo ghraidh, I will never forget
Kyrie eleison, Lord have mercy
Bless us, your children, earnestly praying to thee.

Sayonara, my Marayah, a ghraidh
In aeternum, I'll always be your loving seanachaidh
Che sara sara, what will be, will be
But as long as I breathe, I hope you'll wait for me.
