Some are mental.
We can cover up,
The physical scars.
But what about,
The mental scars?
What can we do,
About those scars?
How do we cover them,
Make the pain go away?
Please make the pain,
Go away.

An insightful depiction of pain, its physical and emotional manifestations, well articulated and nicely encapsulated with conviction. Indeed emotional pain is far worse than physical one - a lethal blend of sorrows, frustration, depression and loneliness among others. A lovely poem bristling with knowledge.
