Screaming on the inside
crying on the out
Just trying to figure things out
You say im worthless
but honey i could careless
i used to know you so well
but did/do you even know me?
i can take the pain you caused
and turn it into dust
i can take the words you say
and watch as they are crushed
the crying i can handle
the screaming i can not
I was taught how to handle a broken heart
but a broken mind and soul i was not
my soul is gray and black
no need to say sorry
because i know it wont be true
and it wont mean anything if you do
Besides why would you even care
if the words you say will never be true to me nor you?
