Some people spend so much time worrying about the future or living in the past that they forget to just 'be'...to live in the present moment..always searching for happiness externally, when it can truly only be achieved internally...

    True.. the notion of how to live a life has been wrongly understood by many and only when we begin to find joy with little and small things, our real sense of fulfillment can be reached.
