Secret Codes Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Secret Codes

Rating: 5.0

We drank
From magical fountains
In childhood parks,
We smiled
On the merry-go-round
And heard
The illuminating chorus
From jubilant birds.

We spent
A dream-like day together
Holding hands in the sunlight;
And when evening arrived,
We kissed and gazed
Into mystical constellations
Deciphering secret codes
To eternal love.

Sounds like a perfect day.....and evening Uriah. I wonder if you look at anything without the beauty of it shining through. Great poem. Sincerely, Mary

A secret is a woman's best friend, and a secret shared with only one...is the ultimate gift of faith and trust. To break a code of secrets together...is to discover life and spirit with one another deeply. Excellent poem. :) Thanks Angie

Look what you've done, Uriah. You've got all the women here all weepy and swooning. What a guy! I must admit, you paint a wonderful picture. I'd like to walk into it with one of these women.
