See The Little Kittens Poem by Juan Olivarez

See The Little Kittens

Rating: 5.0

See the little kittens, prancing all around,
The fur on their backs standing up.
Then running each other into the ground,
They never tire, they never stop.

Stalking each other, sharpening skills,
Spitting in each other's eyes.
Wrestling around imposing their wills,
Heedless of each other's cries.

Momma cat just lays on her side,
Her tail serpentining up and down.
No need to scold, no need to chide,
Enjoying her kittens, making no sound.
