You sincerely confessed having several limitations,
And honestly pointed out
The two most fundamental ones -
Slyness and cowardice.
However, you forgot to mention – denial.
Nevertheless, you deserve appreciation.
You have demonstrated
Considerable insight and self-knowledge.
