Self-Obsession Poem by Morose Mermaid

Self-Obsession

Rating: 2.8

Self-Obsession

Now-a-days my heart is asking me
To dream;
To live my dream
Do I have all the permission to dream?
To love? ?
To live? ?

Life has become colorless
My heart is asking me
To color;
To color my life;
To do something about my loneliness.
Do I have time?
To dream;
To love;
To start loving own self at least.

So I tell myself;
Let me take you away;
Let me take you away from everyone;
From everyone's eyes;
Let me inhale your beauty;
Let me drink your elegance with my eyes;
Which you never revealed to anyone;
Let me live my life with the moments;
I spent with you;
Myself.
