Self-Reflection, Emptiness Poem by adheez van der beanthz

Self-Reflection, Emptiness

Rating: 5.0

failure's strings
grief hymns sings
with the tears
rhythm established

a compulsion
should be a certainty
no need a reason
let alone find justification

like a tombstone
so repentance presented
not as a sign
but as a marker

in fact, not always right and wrong
nor a matter of winning or losing
because the truth of a matter
just an intersection into many directions

is the meaning buy the word
is the name buy a human
all the same, all different
all just emptiness

Well written, but some of the words in last verse maybe lost in translation, i like the tight verse and the ideas flowing through, but the last piece a bit confusing. We all come to crossroads in our lives, and we don't always make the right choices, but learning from our mistakes helps us to grow in knowledge and maturity.

Self-reflection reflected quiet well through the writing. Sometimes feel smart, sometimes feel nearing to truth and sometimes get myself confused while reading. First two lines of the last stanza quiet poor by its conception. Buy is not the word goes with the spirit of the writing. Poet should have to be much accurate to put the appropriate word....It's strictly my own opinion, not a manifesto. Thank you.
