自从2014年11月13日发了第一个帖子《六月》以来，到今天2015年6月1日这个帖子《寄郑员外》为止，196天里，我总共在《诗词在线》发了1000个帖子。其中，中英文对译诗歌歌词近800首，平均每天4首。发表了对联100多幅（句），还有评论文章。挺不错的。
五一前两天，由于日夜坐在电脑前，腰椎疼痛不已。幸好，我没有去找大夫，或是去了按摩间。我直接买腰椎间盘突出的磁疗贴，三几下功夫，不到五天，就去除了疼痛。怕怕！想起从没有用过红场健身器材。于是，晨早经常去锻炼。一个月下来，效果挺好的。反之，要是去理疗的话，如今也许还在住院呢！还要自掏腰包，少则2000元吧！！哇塞！！！
