Don’t be afraid
Let the wind touch your face
And be free
Be patient
Your life is but a book
With pages yet untouched
Your heart so full of love
To share
Remind your thoughts
That your body is designed
To protect itself
And that I am by its side
Even when I’m not there
You have the power
To change your life
Sometimes that means
Being still
And allowing yourself
To think clear thoughts
Relax
And know that
Everything has a reason
To be
As you do
