Separation Insanity Poem by June FeirCruz

Separation Insanity

I never knew such attachment is possible
I want to be near you, sniff kiss you for as long as I want
You are like the air that I breathe: A necessity
Without it, I would drown and perish.

When you are not around I am panic stricken
My heart goes on tachycardia.
My steely resolve - long forgotten
I become a mess - a head case.

I don't do separation well
Separation Anxiety? Not a chance.
More like Separation Insanity
I lose my heart and I lose my head.

Till you are back in my arms, once again.

June I must have words with you! I think you have been tapping my brain transmissions and turned them into verse. But beautiful verse, so I forgive you!
