Here I am
standing in your shadow
Can you see me
Do you want to see me
I will not move
Not until you turn around
Not until you show me the way
I will fallow you
Until the sun goes down
But ill be back with the sunlight
Just so I can stair at your back
I will wait to see your smile
And one day
I will have the courage
To leave you and go off on my own
But for now I will stay here
In this corner you put me in
I will stair at your back
Hoping you will turn around
Knowing deep down you never will
Knowing I will go unnoticed
Knowing I will have to leave you one day
But here I am waiting and hoping
Will you just give me the chance
That’s all I ask for
