Shadow Poem by Liffy Liu

Shadow

Rating: 5.0

I only exist wherever you present,
Following you with synchronized steps and path.
I am connected to you, craving to merge with you.
When you cry, tears rinses my cheeks with your sorrow.
When you fall, pain rises in me with your wound.
When you laugh, smile surfs my face with your joy.
Without wings, I may not be an angel,
But wishing to wipe your sorrow away and all.
Without flame, I may not be a kindle,
But warm you with soft hug and cuddle.
There is no way for me not to feel,
I am so close to you.
There is no way to leave you alone,
your guidance is the only way I follow.
I company you on a path forever along
I leaned on your shoulder without touching you.
lighter than a piece of feather,
Weightless enough never to burden you.
I called your name, you didn't turn around,
Quieter then the fallen of a petal,
You may never hear my love.
I kissed on your lips, you didn't smile,
Gentler than a breeze blow,
I know you want it in your deep dream.
I am here with you, as long as you are in light,
Dodge darkness, please,
Otherwise I will cease, disappear into vacuity.
Then the only thing left to me is endless yearn.
