oh! i know that you are there
just lurking behind
my own light
but don't be angry
for i don't
really mind

for whether
i like you or not
or whether i finally get rid of you
strangle you and kill you
finally (am i a serial killer?)
nothing changes the truth
that i am part of you
and you are
essentially a part of me

ah, you wait when i am
pure blackness
when my light is gone
when everything is nothing but absence

you reign, you win.
