Shadow Projections Poem by Stockton Thompson

Shadow Projections

As you sleep all nestled tight
Eerie feelings begin to fright
Cascading dreams filled with gloom
Toss and turn, darkness blooms
Before the friendly sun can wake,
You from your evil reality break
Little seeds of devastation
Spread about, no hesitation!
Saplings of eerie thoughts flow free
Through the entire cranial cavity
Fully devoured by shadow projections
far too dangerous for spirit connection
Suddenly a loud clap of thunder
Wakes you up leaving you to wonder
Could it all be subconcious theater
Or reality thoughts written in meter
