Shaker Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Shaker

You call yourself 'Shaker' and,
You think you can shake the whole world;
But one day you will fall down like a big timber!
Your nakedness will be exposed like an elephant and,
You will know that there is nothing like true love.

You've duped everyone and still think that you are on top,
But your shame will be seen soon by many of us;
Like the state of your own mind,
You are not needed at all in this society!
A thief that you are,
Your shame will engulf you soon.
You are rather trapping your own self than you thought,
You can't even shake all of us who know who you are!
