She Can’t See That Is Killing Me
No more love after her love
Now she is gone ….eternally
Her pride with her heresy
She can’t see, that is killing me
My heart reeled with grave poetry
This pain is deep
I tore free of my sleep
And the screams hunt my sleep
Dragged from nightmares we had wed together
She leaves me
I sought refuge in a grieving mind
She leaves me with my soul dirge
The curse of her unrest
And her ardent caress
Came much more than my soul endure
She can’t see that is killing me
I need a place to hide and live
I need a grave to sleep
She leaves me through the gathering gloom
To rotting alone in my empty room
She leaves me to the pain
She leaves me to the doom
The words in your poem have so much meaning and the rhymes are very nice..10
