She Proved It Poem by chantel weston

She Proved It

blood red
pools swirl
around, you
standing still
lost in sock
no movement
no life left
in those deep set eyes.

blood red
stains a picture
clenched in the lifeless hand
o note on the floor
next to the limp body.

you stand
in shock
you had to come back
to say your sorry
only to find their lifeless body
with a note saying sorry
and a picture of you.

you never dreampt
that she ment what she said
when you talked
never thought that you ment that much.

it took the blood red pools
to prove that she ment every word.
