She Was Gone Poem by Rae Gatto

She Was Gone

Rating: 5.0

i turned around
she had left
the wonderful women i had known
was no longer there
this world will never know
for her smiles are abandon
she used to be there
but when i turned around
she was gone.

She sits alone
by the the corner she cries
lost and lonely
she has no clue
her soul had left her body
she is now cold
she used to be there
but when i turned around
she was gone.

This world we live in
society had fuked with her for the last time
she had shut down
her eyes are now filled with pain and hate
pain and hate no one can fix
drowning in her own sorrow
she used to be there
but when i turned around
she was gone.

Although she is lost.
i am there
i try my best
to be the best
not only for me
but for my best friend
she used to be there
but when i turned around
she was gone.
