She Whispers Poem by Half Past

She Whispers

rustling wind and whispers in my ear
she always leans in to tell me things
that no one else should hear
whispers on my mind
deep in my soul
she whispers words of caring
whispered words of love
gentle notions and soothing sounds
come to me from her lips
she whispers words in my ear
without a thought or a fear
telling me secrets deep and old
her many scars
her truths untold
her heart layed open on my mind
little drops from the stars
whispers of her for me to find
when she leans in on tippy toe
i listen to her whispers
i help her let go
whispered words from the past
she whispers on...
i hold her fast
