Shed All Worries Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Shed All Worries

'I stopped trying to save the world. The world didn't need me to save it. I needed the world to save me. I needed to be vulnerable and ask for help. I needed to be willing to change, to find a different perspective, to trust, and to learn how to love myself, flaws and all.'…Author Christina L. Rozelle

Shed all worries

“You are useless for world”
I was often told
I took person in stride
And decided

To fall in their lines
As I was comfortable and fine
With all that happening around
It was slippery ground

I shall remain
And maintain
Good rapport
Something of compromising sort

You can’ be enemy with crocodile
When wants to share same water meanwhile
Either be with or totally against
That shall be in best interest

I must learn
And adjust in turn
Compromise, if necessary
And shed all worries
