Sheep = People > Dogs. Poem by Hailey Marie

Another poem thing. Not getting into details. besides maybe the title. I think people and sheep are equal, the both follow the herd, but a dog will stay loyal no matter what all the other dogs are doing.

Am I alone now?
Was anything ever true?
Or was I living in a naive reality.
the heroes and villians are now unclear in my story.
Who do I trust?
When I can't tell the difference between those watching my back, or those stabbing it.

When its friendship versus the majority, friendship never wins.
You just shut up, zone out, pretend your not there.
And you watch as my trust is crushed into dust.
Believe its not your fault, that on my face there is a tear
You could of stood up shown true friendship with just one word.
Instead you became a sheep following the herd.

What do I do?
I can forgive but not forget, I guess.
Theres no way that it'd ever be the same
no going back, my trust isn't easy to regain.
How can I be the same, knowing you chose the majority over me.
When you we're sapposed to be. My best friend.
