Shin-Zen Shiki Poem by Aldo Rino Smiloveux Bell

Shin-Zen Shiki

Rating: 5.0

I dreamt my life was
a One Way Tunnel
up to the day
I saw you wed.
Your Uchikake
were snowy white
as the cherry blossoms
(‘cause this was
the Season of Sakura,
a few weeks
after your Birthday)

First
there was Tears.
Blank and salty.
All of them.
Till I ran dry.
Then
I cried Blood.
Red as the Sun
in the Flag,
until I
was drained
of that too.

But that
didn’t help either,
‘cause the Pain
was beyond life,
beyond Death.

Then
Evil God
stood before me,
Grin on his Face;
“Will you cry
your Soul out too? ”
Yes, I said.
And I did.
And it was
Black and Dead
and sticky,
like Tar.
Wasted.
Beyond repair.

Then there
was nothing.

And you never knew.
Through Hell I went.
And you never knew.

This is stunningly beautiful work Aldo...we certainly know now, how you felt and so will she one day. It is so hard to part, but we have to let those we love go, and in the end, they will return your love ten fold. Smiling at you Tai
