When you're tired, feeling bitter,
Dark clouds above you,

When raindrops are flowing down your cheeks, I will dry them all;
I'm on your side.
I'm standing beside you,

When times get bitter,
And friends just can't be found,
You can lay your head down on my chest,
Without saying a word,

Forget about the past,
Forget about the rest,

Fly on home blue girl,
Fly on by.
Fly high into the sky,

Your time has come to shine.
All your dreams are on their way.
Look into the sky,
See how they shine.

If you need a friend,
I'll shine right behind,
Like a warm touch of sunshine,

I will ease your pain,
I will ease your mind,
I will ease your sadness...
